In order to qualify for an exchange of products,

the package within 30 days.

are packaged in heat sealed zip-locks.
This seal cannot be broken in order for a product to qualify for refund. Flower of life 808.com reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns and does not offer refunds on opened products.

 

Customer are responsible of the return shipping cost on any merchandise.

The customer must return their package in the original packaging which was provided by Flower of Life 808.

Flower of Life 808.com reserves the right to refuse any exchange of questionable products upon inspection of returned merchandise. If an item is not in its original condition upon receiving back from the customer,
Flower of Life 808 reserves the right to decline the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
